Suncoast Workforce is a non-profit corporation that connects Employers and Job Seekers on the Suncoast. The Suncoast Workforce offers innovative solutions for businesses to ensure they have a highly skilled workforce to stay competitive in a global economy. We also provide resources and tools job seekers need to keep their skills current and advance in their career. There are several offices across Manatee and Sarasota Counties to serve you.

The primary mission of the Suncoast Workforce is to provide the leadership to create effective and efficient strategies and systems for Manatee and Sarasota counties that help residents to enter, remain in, and advance in the workplace, becoming more highly skilled and successful, thereby benefiting residents and businesses, and to assist in improving the region’s business climate.

Our mission is accomplished in collaboration with the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County, Manatee Economic Development Council, and leaders in education, private industries and community based organizations.
